What payment methods do you accept?

  • We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide.

What countries do you ship to?

  • We ship mainly within the US, Canada and Europe.
  • For Worldwide Countries, some of our products can be shipped to, while other countries products cannot.
  • The customers in Worldwide Countries you are responsible for Customs Duty and all additional costs associated in shipment, if applicable.

Where do I send my returns?

Can I track my order?

  • All orders will be provided with a receipt and tracking number to our customers via email. The tracking number will enable you to track your item(s) in route safely and securely.

Can I cancel my order after I have checked out already?

I received a damaged product what do I do?

In the case of damaged products or if you received the wrong product, you will be refunded immediately via your payment method or sent a replacement product, whichever you choose.

  • You will be required to submit photo evidence for review.
  • If the claim is approved, the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the order will be provided.
  • If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
