How do I request for a return, exchange or refund?

Order Processing Time

Product Delivery Time

  • Number of days for product to be delivered to you after shipped
    • China 15-30 business days
    • Worldwide 15-30 business days
    • Free shipping included
  • Some items cannot be shipped to various countries
    • Worldwide International Customers are responsible for paying for Customs Duty and all additional costs associated with the shipment, if applicable.
    • A majority of our products are from the warehouses right here in the US & EU
    • At times items in the USA & EU warehouses may become out-of-stock and may need to be sent from the warehouse in China
    • International orders will be shipped from the warehouses in China
    • Orders may be sent in multiple packages to help reduce overall shipping time on our orders

Please note that

  • Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • During high-volume seasons orders sometime require more time to fulfill.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return select item(s) within 15 days after receiving the order. Please Note: that some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the impact of COVID 19 and or for other specific reasons.

Below are our procedures for returns

  • Contact us immediately at or via Chat With Us which is on the lower right-hand corner of our website to report a problem.
  • After you receive the product, you have within 15 days, to contact us, report the problem, and to receive approval for return.
  • The product must first meet the return criteria and guidelines to be approved.
  • When you receive approval, the product must be returned to the address on the original package.
  • You must provide the return tracking number to our email address at, contact us page or Chat With Us
  • Once the tracking number has been provided and or once the returned product has been received, a replacement product will be shipped, or a refund will be made.

Damaged Products

In the case of damaged products or if you received the wrong product, you will be refunded immediately via your payment method or sent a replacement product, whichever you choose.

  • You will be required to submit photo evidence for review.
  • If the claim is approved, the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the order will be provided.
  • If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Missing Orders

  • In the case that a package is delivered and verified (via our tracking method) that it was delivered but you did not receive the item, then you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
